step 8 of install.md nvm bug #72

when nvm is installed, it ends in a a prompt that you have to press q to get out of to continue the install

NVM is now installed as a zsh plugin. The plugin installs nvm the first time the shell session starts with the plugin enabled. This prompt/bug no longer occurs.
