Please reintroduce UpdateCheck #31

The UpdateCheck settings seems to be gone. This creates problems for me since we have deployed DD on servers where there is no or just real slow intenet connection (or some strange proxy settings). So this just slows down the start of DD for me.

There should be a way to disable all automatic downloads/pings in DD.

Nevermind, i just found out that UpdateChannel 0 does exactly that
