Release candidate v26 Ironman #88

Thanks for the pull request, normally I bump the version nr later, but "now" is just as good :)

i remember version number of 25 being bumped on the release candidate commit. if i had know you usually do it later, i wouldn't have done the PR.

No problem, I don't do major versions often enough to know when I should do this.

I want to avoid that people who use the stable version get a notification that there is a new version when it is only a release candidate But I just checked it on one of the servers here (where the stable version is used) and it looks ok. This is better because the last RC should be identical to the production version
