Move DataDiggerHelp.ini to DataDigger.ini #89

There is no need for a separate INI file for the help texts, so move them to the general INI

Not possible since DataDigger.ini should be optional. If it is missing, there are no help messages. In addition: it would be harder to add new help messages since it would require a new main ini file
