Hi, I bought a ventilation kit with potentiometer from Aliexpress,

now I can integrate it into the home assistant with a smart socket, is it possible to connect this potentiometer to esp32? thank you for your availability and kindness

No.

This potentiometer kit has a power supply and analog potentiometer built in.

I would only keep the fans, cut the head of the female socket and rewire it to use esp32 digitally.

Then you would also need a new power supply.
