Add CLI prompt #132

I'm uncertain about adding this $, if we click on the copy button (on the right of the zone on github), then we paste also the $. I like the $ when we show a command and its output (so we clearly see both separated), but when we show no output, I would leave it out so that copy/paste is usable directly. If we decide to follow this rule, we need to be consistent, there are some other $ to remove here and there.

Oh yes now Github offers a copy-paste functionality directly in the README! In this case, I agree with Patrick, it's better to not adding $
