chore: update to fontmin@0.9.9 and remove ttf2woff2 #60

fontmin package uses ttf2woff2 package already through a plugin. It's no longer useful to have custom handling of woff2 format

@patrickhulce That's unfortunate that the ci did not pass, i did not even touched this part. Anyway, it should be fixed now.
