Need to create a dataset with p-values and estimates for a set of real gene names.
Creating random estimates and p-values for genes from a NanoString panel would be an easy way to go.
Current example data is random, which makes for non-representative plots.
Better: take varied real public datasets, at least one Nanostring and one RNASeq.
And automate plotting from both of them.
