Seems to no longer work

I was thinking about this in terms of CSS. Do we want to rasterize shapes? The only reason I can see is for a performance benefit.

I found an SVG function in sketch: layer.writeSVGToElement layer.addSVGAttributes layer.svgStyle

I don't really want to support the + behaviour, I think it should just be grouped if you want to export it.
