sometimes `gulp wiredep` fails to include this library #41

This happened on a Windows machine with the ml-slush-discovery-app application. I could not recreate on Mac. Gulp version, wiredep version, bower version did not seem to fix the issue.

it was a problem with a faulty bower.json in the client application
