First effort:

Fatal error: Class 'File_Archive' not found in /home/cogdog/nanowrimo10/wp-content/plugins/nanowrimo/includes/class-epub-builder.php on line 204

Interesting. . . it's looking for the zlib library to zip files up and not finding the class I thought it expected.

That section of code should be mimicking what the core epub export tries to do. Can you get an epub from the core Anthologize exporter?
