Create a system setting which says Feature Flag for Beta Testing this should create a prompt showing all new features. this prompt shall be able to be accessed by entering /beta in the chat as well.
confirming this prompt shall set the feature flag and from now on all new functions are available for users to test the new features.
this will provide us the option to easily provide new features for the community to have it tested, without everyone in the need of doing manual updates.
