Tire Wear #14

Whenever I open up a converted file my tire wear is one, static, nonsense value. Just got done with a 25 minute race and the lowest tire wear value I had was 99.35% remaining.

A Reading for tire wear is provided by iRacing only when going to the pits (not when escape is pressed). While driving it will be a static value - nothing the app can change
