what is this pull request? how can i convert those files to motec?

Well not sure whether you are familiar to github - but with a pull request you can't trigger conversion of an .ibt file into a motec-file. You need to download and install the tool. After starting Mu you can select a folder were your .ibt files are located . Mu will take them and convert to motec-files.
