Auto Enable Telemetry only in Race option

I always forget to turn it on in a race, but at the same time I don't need telemetry files from practices/warmups sessions

I'll see about getting this in. It shouldn't be too difficult.

@kutu: you can just delete the files generated during practice, qualifying.

For me telemetry during practice is more important than qualifying and race - because I do use it to optimize setup and drive line. When the race starts that should be done already - and I just rarely need the telemetry to provide evidence what I did if another driver files an incident report.
