The Download stopped #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I don't know. It stopped downloading the dump file, and now I can't use it 
after the entry "Left"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
THe index is only until the entry "Left"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I don't know. I downloaded it yesterday. Windows 7 Home Basic

Please provide any additional information below.

The download stops when attempting to download the October 2012 1.3 GB dump.  
The default maximum persistent storage is set at 1.0 GB. So my dump stopped at 
Puerto Rico article.
