Reports - enable for Tank and Fridge solution #236

Need to add capability to generate historical reports for each solution using same paradigms/selection criteria as is available for Pest Control

Tank columns:

  1. Tank name
  2. Fuel level
  3. Signal Strength
  4. time message received by Omni

Fridge columns:

  1. Fridge name
  2. Temperature
  3. Light - ambient
  4. Light - infrared
  5. Humidity
  6. Barometric pressure
  7. Motion
  8. Signal strength
