Summary grid allows column label change; Active Alerts does not #255

  1. browse to https://nettelpong.azurewebsites.net/sv using , <O.S.>, login as Gary, select Reisner
  2. Doubleclick column header on Summary grid - observe they can be changed
  3. Doubleclick column header on Active Alerts grid - nothing happens

Expected - consistency between the 2 grids

Actual - can change Summary but not Active Alerts

I looked into this and there is a couple issues. The first problem is the ordering of events in the javascript between when the ajax postback occurs to load the client side alert table and when the javascript runs to enable label changing. Adding back the javascript after the postback there was a second issue with the layer of the tooltip on the page with it being hidden behind the alert table label. This will take a while to fix completely.
