User management - no close button visible after creating user #301

  1. Browse to https://omnistaging.azurewebsites.net/emp, Chrome 43, no login
  2. Click EDIT button adjacent to Test Fridge and select Users tab
  3. Create Basic User, enter first name, last name, email address, mobile phone, password
  4. Click Save new user

Expected - ability to close management window upon success

Actual - need to close screen by clicking upper right corner or by selecting a different tab
