Device mgmt - devices not saved #303

  1. Browse to omnistaging.azurewebsites.net/emp, Chrome 43, Win 8.1, click Edit adjacent to Test Traps
  2. Enter device data for 2 devices
  3. Click save devices, observe success bubble, and close dialog box
  4. Click Edit adjacent to Test Traps again

Expected - see the 2 devices just saved

Actual - devices not saved
