Device mgmt - device entry grid disappears after save #304

  1. browse to omnistaging.azurewebsites.net/emp, Chrome 43, Win 8.1, click Edit button adjacent to Test Fridge
  2. Enter data for device (I just made it up)
  3. Click "Save Devices", observe "Success" bubble
  4. Observe focus returned to Account tab
  5. Switch to Devices tab

Expected - see device grid complete w/ newly added device

Actual - devices tab is empty except for "Close" and "Save Devices" buttons

closing and re-opening the dialog box causes the grid to re-appear, but w/o the device just saved
