Device Management - does not display devices #314

  1. browse to omnistaging.azurewebsites.net/emp, chrome 43, windows 8.1
  2. select Edit button adjacent to Sempra, then select the Devices tab on the window that comes up

Expected - see grid w/ Sempra's devices

Actual - empty screen except for "Close" and "Save Devices" buttons

this is a problem w/ Chrome; works fine on IE
