Rules - unchecking "Enable Low Battery and Low Signal Notifications" not saved #315

  1. Browse to omnistaging.azurewebsites.net/sv, chrome 43, win 8.1, login as Dave
  2. Click Omni Demo, then, after landing page comes up, click global rule icon
  3. Uncheck "Enable Low Battery and Low Signal Notifications"
  4. Click "Save rule" button
  5. Click global rule icon

Expected - "Enable Low Battery and Low Signal Notifications" button to be unchecked

Actual - "Enable Low Battery and Low Signal Notifications" button is still checked

Have a question in for Pat on which sql param to populate for this. It's being addressed in the UI but not passed to through the method on Scenario2.cs
