Device Mgmt - grid displays list of devices from "previous" account #317

  1. Browse to https://omnistaging.azurewebsites.net/emp, IE, Win 8.1, login as Dave
  2. Click Edit button adjacent to Sempra, then select Devices tab
  3. View devices on tab and close window w/o making any changes
  4. Click Edit button adjacent to Test Fridges, then select Devices tab

Expected - grid to display Test Fridges devices (there weren't any when I ran the test)

Actual - grid displays Sempra devices

Note - if i click the edit button adjacent to Reisner, then the grid correctly displays Reisner's single device. Perhaps the cache isn't being cleared when there are no devices.
