User Management - need way to establish time zone for working hours #331

In order to have working hours function properly, we'll need to know the timezone where a user operates. Our database stores that as a geoloc for each user.

don't know why that design was selected rather than simply entering a timezone, not sure it's worth changing right now.

I think we should mark this version 2.. this will take a bit of time for only 2 users that currently use this Marie & George for sempra. Lets make a new milestone for v2 enhancements and then update to that if possible please.
