What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Need 2 change username from Edelmiraamuna 2 HeyMsE

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows vista

You should delete your current account and create a new account with your 
desired
username.

Marking as WontFix since changing a username in a way that differs from 
deleting old
account + creating new account is fraught with issues regarding what happens to 
old
account names (can they be re-used); should people expect to keep the same 
contacts;
what happens to history.

I'll re-open this if anyone complains but at the moment this is effectively 
deferred.
