Anyway to get Croatian letters in PDF? Any techniques? Please, hope you can 
help me.

Read the Unicode How-to: http://code.google.com/p/dompdf/wiki/CPDFUnicode

In beta 3 you can skip installing a font and use the DejaVu fonts.
