For any module, show health metrics in pop-up #25

Similar to getting the author metadata from the AzDO page, this would query into AzDO for module metrics (e.g., open issue count).

51 addressed the query links...this will help to surface the data directly

Without addressing #78, though, these counts could be significantly inflated by a vague module UID query.

The vague module UID query issue has been resolved (in dev) as part of #78. Might be worth tackling now.
