Allow going from GitHub to live Learn page for a given unit/module/path #8

Concern: This may border on requiring manually mapping from repos (likely via a service to avoid extension updates). I don't really want to introduce any dependencies, though.

It's possible we can assume that repos are structured a certain way, and then translate anything {repo}/{repo}/paths/ to the web URL of /learn/paths/. Similar for anything outside of specific locations like /achivements to /learn/modules/*.
