Incorrect author info for DB-stored content #92

Our team recently was asked to change language on an Official collection, and the maintenance tool gave the author @brdelgad and a link to the content shell MD file they authored, not the collection, because it is stored in a database. The same is true for Plans and other dynamically generated paths on the site.
