Add a Members button #60

I think the first and most common (and thus, very useful) thing people will want to do on the platform is to check out the other members. Later on, as it grows, projects and matchmaking will be more central, but even then, when you join a community, you'll want to see who is in it.

For this purpose we should have a members button first and move the Discover button down the row a bit as it is more complex and takes a while to figure out. For early users, it might simply add noise when what they need is simplicity.

Once we have more projects, then we should probably add a project button. These are the two buttons that I think will make most sense to sacrifice real estate for. Though perhaps the project button should only be visible is there are projects in the circle?
