Proof-of-humanity #64

I like the idea of network confirmation, plus it will become increasingly important as AI bots start spreading. We could add a button that allow users to confirm that another user is in fact who they say they are. This would show up as a tick (like on twitter or on a dating app), and when another users clicks that tick, the people confirming this user as a human will show up as a list.

In addition, there should be two tiers. The first is simply confirming someone we know but haven't yet met in person. The second tier is actually confirming that we met in person and this is definitely a physical individual.

Down the line, scammers are likely to create entire villages with fake people looking for project funding. Our AI will then be able to detect or estimate the likelihood that these are fake accounts given that they have far too few links to real, physical people, statistically speaking.
