Problem at pybind 11 #286

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:8 (pybind11_add_module): Unknown CMake command "pybind11_add_module". Encountered this problem and cant seem to fix it even though i tried cloning pybind11 into the 3rd party folder CMakeLists.txt
