Keyboard Layout #3

Hi, maybe not an Issue, not sure. On my system the keyboard layout is mixed up. It's not US, it's not the local config. And I can't change it. I created a file (/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-evdev.conf) for the evdev config.

        Identifier "evdev keyboard catchall"
        MatchIsKeyboard "on"
        MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event*"
        Driver "evdev"
        Option "xkb_layout" "de"

Without success. Any idea how to fix the layout issue? Tried two different VNC clients. System info: freshly installed raspbian jessie.

This is most probably an issue. I have not made any real attempt to support any specific keyboard layouts.
