If you configured the icarus.psm1 from the configs folder you should see your server in the list of dedicated server.

Make sur you configured your port forwarding.

Thank you, I have not done that my intention was to join locally or by IP. Is that possible somehow?

Not to my knowledge.

Have installed the same server. After setting up (1) port forwarding and enabling the icarus server exe through the (2) windows firewall, I could only join using the dedicated-server browser. The game ui has no IP option. There is no "direct IP connection" yet, steam as a proxy is needed (online connection).
