add robots and restore sitemap proxy #220

Both working:

https://bubs-next-git-sitemaps-robots-patronage.vercel.app/robots.txt https://bubs-next-git-sitemaps-robots-patronage.vercel.app/sitemap.xml

Should fail with a 500 (but not lead to an infinite redirect): https://bubs-next-git-sitemaps-robots-patronage.vercel.app/sitemap.xml

Deployed a few things to WordPress as a part of this, once complete we should update settings there to restore the preview domain back: https://bubsnext.wpengine.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Foptions-general.php%3Fhighlight%3Dconfirm_admin_email
