fix: Preview mode updates #282

This PR adds updates to preview mode to fix a bug related to newer version of WPGraphQL and/or Wordpress (#276). We're now more closely following the Next.js example here: https://github.com/vercel/next.js/blob/canary/examples/cms-wordpress/lib/api.ts#L105-L112
