add baseline Stereo and event boolean, Lidar, LaserMEMS sensors #45

Hi Patryk, as promised I cleaned the pull request! I hope you find it more reasonable I added the baseline var for the stereo, the event boolean and the new sensors LaserMems and Lidar360 Also the functions wrappers to be able to call the stop , resume and restart from pybind script
