Provide native ARM builds #58

Currently, GitHub-hosted runners for CI/CD aren't available for ARM yet.

Fortunately, GitHub announced that they plan to provide ARM-based runners in the feature.

Arm-based hosted runners are coming to GitHub Actions!

These runners will be entering private beta in January 2024.

This might even improve or fix #46.

Good news for all Apple silicon users. ARM runners for GitHub Actions are in public beta now.

These runners are available to our customers on our GitHub Team and Enterprise Cloud plans. We expect to begin offering Arm runners for open source projects by the end of the year.

Unfortunately, they aren't available for open source projects yet.
