UI layout option #574

Some minor tweaks:

  1. Only keep the blur on main panel (on the right) as tooltip blurring is kinda bugged when they overlap
  2. Some minor renaming to avoid confusion with the original light/dark theme
  3. Support the CPU light mode w/o needing a separate CSS file
  4. Some minor tweeks for look and feel
