Makes this patternlab-node core wrapper more consumable and easily added to an existing or new Gruntfile.

Addresses #9

Summary of changes:

Allows the Pattern Lab task to be easily loaded into a project's Gruntfile by using grunt.loadNpmTasks
Allows default configurations to be overwritten in separate JSON file or within a Gruntfile
Readme file updated to reflect changes

This looks really good. A minor tweak to the new gruntfile could fix issue #11 by changing the commands to match those shown by https://github.com/pattern-lab/patternlab-node/blob/master/core/lib/patternlab.js liststarterkits and loadstarterkit
