Dispatch events so others can hook into the set-up of the loaders.

Events have been added. They are:

twigLoader.customize (all three loaders fire this event if you need to customize all with the same extensions or whatever)
twigFilesystemLoader.customize
twigPatternLoader.customize
twigStringLoader.customize
