Remove or Revise "There is no description for this pattern." Default #29

The current behavior for patterns without descriptions is "There is no description for this pattern. " which I think is pretty ugly.

I'd be happy to remove it altogether, but if we decide there should be a default message, it should say something like "Add a description for this pattern"

This is gone. If a pattern description doesn't exist, the info panel doesn't render and the code block occupies the entire pattern info area, like so:
