Any chance of a Gemfile? #19

I'm currently dancing a merry dance trying to get this running on my Windows box, is there any change of getting a Gemfile in the root so I know which version of Jekyll etc I need to be running?

I've dance around this by using kramdown for markdown parsing in my local environment, so I'll live with that for now
