Style dictionary - Sort the generated scss files #17

The style dictionary build seems to create the scss variables in a very different order each time the token json is updated, even just slightly. It would be very helpful when refreshing the scss to have the variables in some kind of predictable order. Ideally, base tokens would be separated from semantic tokens, and then in a logical order.

However, for now, just an alphabetical sort would make it predictable enough that diffs would show more meaningfully.
