Leverage Figma API to generate design tokens to match W3C specs

Use Figma API to get tokens out of figma rather than plugin

• Likely need to generate an access token for hitting the API
• Are we losing units (i.e. px, em) or does figma never define them?
• Can we pull variable descriptions from Figma?
• Can the resulting exported design tokens be valid JSON files, which are already organized the same way the figma variables are?
