Updates from figma and regenerates tokens #7

Used the new exporter to get the current set of tokens and regenerated the SCSS.

@kmcfaul There are some new semantic tokens for font size that are just showing a number rather than the base token. Also, the base tokens for them will need the px dimension on them.
