Adds data-source and data-sink icons #1217

Adds the data-source and data-sync icons per the procedure outined here: https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-design/wiki/Creating-custom-icons#exporting-the-svg-from-source-sketch-file

Updates the Exporter file
Adds 2 new icons to the patternfly-icons-svg folder
Updates the .zip file

@evwilkin please review this and make sure everything looks correct according to the procedure referenced above. Once merged the last step would be to update the icons page on patternfly-org by replacing the .zip file. Let me know if you need me to open an org issue for that. Thanks!

@mcarrano can you please open a follow-up Org issue to upload the new Zip file for the website, and to add these icons to the icon page? Per the website's icons table, we'll need the Usage description as well as any tooltip text (if applicable).

Feel free to assign that issue to me and I'll get it wrapped up for this release - thanks!
