Possible design changes to PatternFly

Before Core can create the RTL mixins I'd like to do a Spike task to better understand the design requirements for RTL languages. This is work is supporting RTL _ Use logical properties and values for controlling the layout

Based on our conversations with different teams I have put together a list of icons that should be flipped for RTL. I will close this issue for ongoing Core work.
