The search input component needs animation. Search Input React demo

The goal of this issue is the define the following behaviors:

[x] Define open/close(expand/collapse) behavior for search input with expandable button
[x] Define hover/click interaction for all search inputs
[x] Create micro animation behaviors in figma
[x] Define and assign semantic tokens for each property
